Abstract

Kesehatan adalah hal yang sangat penting basi setiap manusia karena tanpa kesehatan yang baik, maka manusia akan sulit untuk melakukan suatu aktivitas. Untuk menunjang kesehatan pada manusia diperlukan suatu fasilitas kesehatan yang baik. Fasilitas kesehatan ini merupakan tanggung jawab dari pemerintahan yang harus selalu dievaluasi guna meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan. Dalam penelitian ini dibahas pemanfaatan algoritma clustering dalam mengelompokkan kabupaten atau kota di Jawa Timur menurut jumlah fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan menggunakan Fuzzy C-Means. Dengan analisis klaster akan didapat kelompok-kelompok kabupaten/kota yang memiliki fasilitas yang memadai atau yang kurang memadai. Dengan mengetahui kelompok-kelompok tersebut maka pemerintah Jawa Timur dapat mengetahui kabupaten/kota mana yang harus ditingkatkan fasilitas kesehatannya. Sumber data penelitian ini berasal dari BPS Jawa Timur. Hasil cluster yang didapat kemudian divalidasi dengan sillhoute coefficient dan purity. Dengan centroid yang telah didapatkan pada iterasi terakhir, diperoleh 4 kabupaten/kota termasuk dalam cluster pertama, 26 kabupaten/kota termasuk dalam cluster kedua, dan 8 kabupaten/kota termasuk dalam cluster ketiga. Dari validasi clustering yang dilakukan, didapatkan nilai sillhoute coefficient sebesar 0,695 dan nilai purity sebesar 1.

Abstract

The population number of rock trush according to Basuni et al explains that the rock trush population in nature become extinct because it has strong territorial and a lot of hunting due to its typical sound as a chirping bird. The efforts of conservation can be done through breeding activities. By this reason, it is important to do captive breeding and cultivation of rock trush. One of magpie’s cultivation is breeding the rock trush but there is a challenge in breeding when  the hatching process. Not only the quality of good embryo, the success of hatching process is depend on ambient temperature. Temperature changes when the hatching process by its mother are influenced by weather during day and night or hot and rainy conditions.The fail of hatching process can make loss to the farmers because of ruck trush has an expensive cost. From these reasons, to increase the success rate of hatching eggs, stability of  temperature is needed during the incubation process. In this study, egg incubator was made using  HSM-20G sensor as a temperature and humidity sensor that placed in the center of the egg rack. Propotional-Integrative-Derivative (PID) control method is implemented in this system to keep temperature value of 37 C. The PID control is used to regulate the dim and bright light in the bulb when  produce heat until the setting point reached. Because of the changing response speed in temperature is relatively slow, so trial and error parameters are made the constant values Kp = 2, Ki = 0.5 and Kd = 0.1, which produce the steady state of error not be more than 0.53%  to the temperature set point. In this machine also used a fan to flatten  the temperature and there is a hole for air circulation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan memenuhi kebutuhan para jamaah umrah maupun masyarakat umum melalui visualisasi animasi 3D berteknologi Augmented Reality berbasis Android. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan Unity untuk membangun aplikasi Android, Vuforia SDK untuk membangun teknologi Augmented Reality, dan Blender untuk membuat animasi 3D. Marker dilayout dalam buku panduan ibadah umrah yang digunakan untuk menampilkan proses pelaksanaan Thawaf dan Sa’i dalam bentuk animasi 3D. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi yang dibangun dapat menampilkan semua objek 3D dari semua marker yang tertera pada buku panduan dan dapat membantu jamaah umrah maupun masyarakat umum untuk mendapatkan visualisasi ibadah umrah melalui animasi 3D.

Abstract

Sebuah sistem informasi produksi dapat dimanfaatkan oleh perusahaan untuk membantunya pada fungsi-fungsi produksi. Dengan adanya sistem informasi produksi tersebut, kegiatan produksi menjadi lebih baik karena pengolahan data menjadi lebih cepat dan akurat untuk pengaturan jadwal produksi, pemakaian bahan baku, hingga dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan. Pada contoh perusahaan garmen dan karpet, di mana keduanya sama-sama merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang produksi produk-produk tekstil, mereka tetap memiliki karakteristik tersendiri yang saling berbeda. Daripada harus mengembangkan sendiri-sendiri sistem informasi produksi yang hanya cocok diimplementasikan di perusahaan yang satu namun tidak cocok diimplementasikan di perusahaan lainnya, maka dikembangkan sebuah sistem informasi produksi yang dapat dikonfigurasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan tiap-tiap perusahaan pengguna. Untuk itu, perlu dilakukan analisa terhadap apa saja yang menjadi pembeda antar perusahaan sehingga sistem mampu menampung semua kebutuhan mereka. Sistem yang telah dirancang kemudian diujicobakan kepada masing-masing perusahaan yang memiliki perbedaan karakteristik dengan terlebih dahulu melakukan konfigurasi terhadap sistem agar sistem sesuai dengan kebuhutuhan mereka. Diketahui bahwa meskipun sistem yang diimplementasikan adalah satu sistem yang sama, namun sistem tetap mampu mengakomodir kebutuhan tiap-tiap perusahaan. Sehingga dengan demikian, biaya pengembangan suatu sistem dapat dikurangi sebab tidak perlu lagi sistem itu dikembangkan sendiri-sendiri secara spesifik untuk tiap perusahaan yang berbeda.

Abstract

Most important room parameters to easily recognize with provide numbering of room, the number having function as room address. Camera have function to getting room number picture. To recognize of room number used OCR (Optical Characters Recognition) and Template Matching method. The system having purpose to make it easy the room number recognize process using camera. The first process Camera capture result will be identified using OCR system, and cahange image to be ASCII trought several stages, between segmentation, normalisation, feature extraction and recognition process. The image result of OCR, used input as template matching method, this method having several stages between resize, gray, edge canny, histogram, classification, identification image process, and matching with storage image. The result of system tested, getting several parameters should be maximized to increase success rate in room number recognition proccess, between using a standart room number, angle of camera capture is 90o, and luminance 224-230. From setting paramteters, this system can detect and recognize the room number of 93,75% success rate.

Abstract

The career path of an employee does not necessarily immediately become a permanent employee of a company. Employees must go through the stages of contract employees and then undergo a series of tests to be appointed as permanent employees. The determination of contract employees to become permanent employees in PT BAV through a series of tests that require a long time. The assessments and calculations are carried out in stages such as file selection, written tests, psychological tests, interviews, and so on. With a long series of tests it is possible to make mistakes in the final results and the candidates do not getthe criteria required by the company so as to hamper the company's performance. In this study the TOPSIS method is applied to determine the best candidates who can be appointed by the company to become permanent employees. Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) merupakan salah satu penyakit yang dapat membawa seseorang berujung pada suatu kematian. Peyebab utama dari penyakit ini adalah pola hidup dan makanan yang tidak teratur atau berlebihan. Seseorang yang terserang penyakit diabetes akan ditandai dengan meningkat kadar gula. Hal ini terjadi karena adanya gangguan pada sekresi insulin dan kerja insulin atau bahkan pada keduanya. Di diberbagai negara semakin banyak pasien penyakit diabetes, jika tidak segera dihentikan maka diperkirakan penderita penyakit diabetes akan mencapai 642 jiwa pada tahun 2040 [1]. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memilih Clasifiers data mining yang terbaik dalam melakukan diagnosis terhadap penyakit Diabetes Mellitus (DM). Diagnosis yang dilakukan berbasis sistem komputer dengan menggunakan metode seleksi fitur dan klasifikasi terhadap Dataset Pima Indians Diabetes. Metode seleksi fitur yang digunakan adalah Correlation based Featured Selection (CFS). Hasil klasifikasi data mining pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa SMO memiliki nilai akurasi tertinggi dibanding Classifiers yang lainnya.

Abstract

Shopee is a company engaged in e-commerce or commonly called online goods sales. This research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of Shopee advertisements on television to the people of Jakarta. Shopee as an advertiser uses advertising with the aim to attract new consumers to shop at Shopee. The effectiveness of advertising is measured using the Customer Response Index (CRI) measurement method. The CRI method measures the response of Shopee ad audience from various stages, starting from awareness, comprehend, interest, intentions, and actions. This response stage in the CRI is used to measure the effectiveness of Shopee advertisements with the theme "Super Goyang Shopee". In this study, effectiveness is illustrated in the theory of integrated marketing communication and the theory of the effectiveness of advertising. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The results of this study were Shopee advertisements on television in the effective Jakarta community and managed to meet the goals that Shopee wanted to achieve, namely at the interest stage of 66%.
